The requirements for this exciting program are as follows: 

  • A minimum credit score of 600. 
  • 96.5% LTV (loan-to-value ratio) / 100% CLTV (combined loan-to-value ratio) 
  • A maximum debt-to-income ratio is 50%

Additionally, the Seller can pay up to 6% sales price towards the buyers’ closing costs and prepaids.
